Enjoyable and inspiring.
Every so often, a podcast comes along that is enjoyable to listen to without being too preachy. Mixed with humor are great tips for runners of all abilities, making this a good listen each week. Singletrack is one of those podcasts that makes you feel like you are involved in the conversation. As a fellow average runner, it’s nice to hear “real people problems” and not just who stroking or tips for elite runners.

Doug and Mathias’ conversational style about random thoughts related to running and running adventures makes you feel like your sitting in the room with them. Great content, interesting guests who are mostly non-elite, with banter that can wander all over, in a good way! Love the PNW focus of some episodes as well.
