Description
Welcome to this week's Sisters of Flow! This week, our heads were sent for a ride when really breaking down those privacy policies of the period trackers we use.  Next up, we talk about seed cycling - using four types of seeds to help regulate your menstrual cycles.  Also, we are elated Keri Dillon got to join Dr. D in a wonderful conversation about kinesiology and using it for your menstrual cycles and fertility health. Get to Know Our Guest: Keri is a fully qualified Kinesiologist and has been practicing for the past four years. She has great empathy towards women and wants to help them overcome their fertility struggles naturally. Keri believes that the body can heal itself and uses this basis for all her healing sessions. Kinesiology is a non invasive alternative therapy that uses muscle testing to determine the results. Keri has recently setup her online fertility coaching business and is coaching clients one on one to achieve their desired outcome and remove any blockages that may be preventing fertility. Question of the week: Do you care that your information is tracked through the period apps that are available? Why or why not?
