So have a listen to this week’s episode to learn how to have this kind of talk with your kid. Building the courage to speak openly with our kids about all kinds of topics is important for our own connection with them and ourselves. If you need more support with this, feel free to reach out here and leave me your details. I’ll get back to you. For now, have a listen to how we use courage to have complex conversations about difficult topics. x Sarah
