Joel Embiid made his surprise return Tuesday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder after missing the last two months recovering from a torn meniscus. Embiid was good, finishing with 24 points, six rebounds and seven assists in 29 minutes, but it was Kelly Oubre Jr’s explosive 17 point fourth quarter which saved the day, paving the way for the Sixers to outscore the Thunder 36-25 in the fourth for the comeback win. Tyrese Maxey missed his second consecutive game with tightness in his hip. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams missed the game for the Thunder.
