I am a single Mum to my 10 year old daughter and work full time as a Nurse. Just before Christmas, we were burgled whilst we were sleeping upstairs. Suffice to say, it’s been unsettling for us both, but after being advised to try meditation we stumbled across this channel. I listen to sleep magic all night (my daughter prefers sleep wave 😬will have to get her to leave a review) and I honestly don’t know what we would do without it now.
