“Jessica you have changed my life. I never thought I would find something to help me sleep. After years and years of night terrors, sleep paralysis, inability to get to sleep or stay asleep and trying everything under the sun I can now count on you to get me there in minutes. It’s mind boggling that I haven’t gotten through a full episode yet. For the hypnosis and being and generally good human, and for making this so accessible, thank you.
