I was pretty skeptical about Sleep Wave when I first found it, since none of the other sleep podcasts I tried before really did much. Also, the whole ‘hypnosis’ thing was new to me, but I decided to give it a try - and I swear I have never heard a full episode of this podcast. Idk how but I’m completely knocked out within like what, 10/15 mins? It’s crazy, and it works even if I’m thinking about smth else and it’s running in the bg.
Long story short: don’t listen to this if ur driving or doing smth dangerous because you WILL fall asleep.”
