“I came across this podcast & was a little hesitant because they weren’t very long. As it takes me a very long time to fall asleep. But as it turns out I am asleep before it ends. I call that a HUGE WIN!!! Thank you for helping me sleep. I take 2 prescription sleep medications to help me sleep & I also use a sleep app & my quality of sleep is horrible since listening to this podcast my sleep quality has improved.
