So The Story Goes with Brian Chartrand
Phoenix, Arizona based Singer/Songwriter Brian Chartrand sits down with friends and fellow artists to discuss music, songwriting, art, life, and whatever else comes up. The inspiration for this podcast came from the countless, often intense, sometimes zany, discussions over the years with friends and artists that I wish I had recorded. Another goal of So The Story Goes is to introduce the world to some very talented friends of mine. I hope you enjoy it.

Hanging in the “green room”
This podcast is like being a fly on the wall listening to two musicians talk about music and inspiration. It’s like being a guest backstage in the green room. Thanks!

Liked the Chris Barron interview
Turn It Upside Down is their best record though, You’ve Got To Believe In Something and Nice Talking To Me are as good as Pocketful of Kryptonite too.

Smooooke Wagon
My only beef with the Jay Allen episode, was the lack of mention of, smooooke wagon, wagons of smoke.

On this episode, Brian is joined by Phoenix based drummers Erik Teichmann and Gannon Burleigh. We dig deep, real deep, talk grooves, players, influences... favorite comedies from the 80s. There were lightning rounds. This episode has it all! We basically nerd out on the drums for a while. Enjoy!
