Description
I caught up with Siobhan over Zoom to discuss the challenges that the lockdown is posing to all of us. We are in the midst of a pandemic of the Coronavirus and in Ireland, at the time of recording, we are at week three of this new reality. Siobhan has some great advice on how to deal with working from home, isolation, lockdown fatigue and lots more. It is refreshing to hear some sensible, workable solutions amongst the noise and pressure that a situation like this can impose on us. Siobhan is also running some online courses in the coming weeks (15th and 22nd of April) with the LEO South Dublin. Check out her Website www.twistingthejar.com for more information or www.localenterprise.ie/SouthDublin. Hope is of help. _______________________________________________________ Thanks for listening Follow us on: Instagram, Facebook or Twitter [email protected] www.socialfabric.ie --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/socialfabricchronicles/message
