“(2-star rating is for season 2. Based on season 1 alone, my rating would have been 4 or 5 stars)
Season 1 had two things going for it:
- Each episode was it’s own full story, from start to finish
- The listener had the opportunity to try to figure out who committed the crime
The first is a preference that I have (over the new, 3 parts/weeks per story), and I believe that the vast majority of listeners share this preference.
The second is the very core of the show (it’s literally in the title of the podcast), and it blows my mind that this is no longer the format.
I will remain subscribed, but only to check in each time there is a new episode to see if it’s back to the classic format. If not, I’ll delete the episodes without listening.”
