Terribly structured and dull
Don't get suckered in by the fancy trailer. The seemingly exciting moments featured as clips are dull as dishwater when heard in the actual show. You'd think at this point Payne would have figured out how to write a podcast to make it flow thoughtfully. You'd be wrong. Even two episodes in you know nothing about the victim other than him having been shot--you'd think that might be information that people might like to hear. Other critical contextual information is omitted in favour of interviews with individuals that are rendered meaningless because of said lack of context. Enough of the "I'm not a podcasters" excuses. You're three series in--you don't get to use that anymore.Read full review »

I wasn’t sure if I was going to enjoy this story. It didn’t sound like the most interesting premise... at first. As they dig deeper, a much more compelling and fascinating story emerges. Very well researched and produced.

Wow! Your team did a ton of legwork investigating TW’s murder. Amazing listen, can’t recommend enough. There’s a new “Payne” in the podcast world & he means business.

This podcast is well done, very engrossing. I truly hope that it brings more attention to this senseless murder and the actions of the investigators and corrupt government officials.
