Refreshing
Soulfood is an excellent podcast for anyone who has been feeling weighed down by the world and is in need of refreshing their hearts and intentions, improving their character, and focusing on their connection with God. They're short episodes (I typically listen to 2 episodes in my daily commute) but they are full of concrete lessons and simple actions to improve our lives. You will feel changed when you start reflecting on each quality and the actions you can take to improve yourself. Despite having already listened to all the soulfood episodes last Ramadan, I decided to start from the beginning this Ramadan. Even a year later, all of the lessons are giving me new things to reflect on and are helping me very much during Ramadan. Alhamdullilah, and also many thanks to Ustadh Amjad and the Muslim Chaplaincy team for all of their hard work and efforts on this podcast. Have been recommending to everyone I know!Read full review »

Great content, well delivered, well conceived and timely. My only request is that this continues after Ramadan! There's such a dearth of good Islamic podcasts. MashAllah, am impressed by, and grateful for, this work. Keep going!Read full review »
