Nitsa makes this podcast truly special
I listen to a fair amount of podcasts and they all tend to fall into the same “vibe”. Soundfood stands out because of its host, Nitsa. There’s something about her that’s SO genuine, gentle, and nonjudgmental (which is becoming harder to find in this space).

I really enjoyed the episode with the Living tea founder it was inspiring and very informative. I learned so much about the lungs and what respiratory illness comes up in cold weather and honoring our elders because of their wisdom. Thank you 🙏🏾

I love all of Soundfoods podcasts, but the recent one with Herbalist Kelsey Barrett was especially inspiring.
