“I am really enjoying this Actual Play edition of "Against the Aeon Throne" for Starfinder. From the very start, the characters are interesting and memorable, the players have lots of fun interacting, and they're making the story very engaging. Kudos!
As a player, I really appreciate how committed everyone is to bringing their characters to life, and filling them with more than just cookie-cutter tropes.
As a GM, I really appreciate Adam's joy in delivering the story, and how he's just as happy challenging the players as he is celebrating their victories.
As a fan of the game, I really dig the intros for each episode - instead of launching into "What's coming up next for our podcast," they take the time to introduce bits of lore from the Starfinder system, describe rules they just love running, and sharing their excitement for the story that's coming up.
Definitely worth a listen, and hey, maybe mix up a mint julep and find a comfy rocking chair while you do. They're probably having one, too. :) Cheers!”Read full review »
