“Pretty good, always love an interview with Kenji Lopez. I have one petty complaint, all the interviews are broken into two interview and for some reason the host says something along the lines of "Ok, I know you have to go now but could you come back tomorrow to talk about this some more another time?" We all know it was taped in one sitting, in a studio capable of editing out such an interaction if it wasn't already staged. It irks me for some reason.
