Listening to Joe has been a great refresher and reminder of many health hacks I stopped practicing. His interviews and following his suggestions has re-routed me back on track to a healthier lifestyle. In a very short period of time; my nutrition, workout routine and sleeping patterns have improved. Thank you Joe! Stacked is very motivating - it’s a reminder that slowly small changes will help in the long run and improve your health. I Love it!

I started listening to this podcast on my daily walks and the knowledge I have learned from Joe and his guests has been incredibly valuable. He shares so many great health hacks and information. I always feel inspired to better myself after each episode. Highly recommend.
