Episode 59 was fantastic!
Hi coach Joe Di thank you for all your podcasts, they are great! Episode 59 on the lymphatic system was fantastic! I have a deviated septum on both sides of my nose and get a lot of sinus infections. When I get a sinus infection the base of my skull and neck hurts, I have asked numerous doctors and nose specialist about that and they say it is not related. After listening to episode 59 on the lymphatic system and how 1/3rd of the lymph nodes are in the neck, I now think they are related and that when I get a sinus infection that my lymph nodes are inflamed. Since then I have been doing the lymph node tapping and then jumping up and down to help release toxins from the lymph nodes. It has been helping, so I wanted to take a minute to thank you for that episode! I will keep listening to and sharing your podcasts. Keep up the fantastic job!! Have a blessed day!!

Joe really knows his stuff and breaks the material down to what you need to know. Short and condensed without losing the pertinent details....Read full review »

Joe asks the best questions and the conversation is engrossing, the shows pass in what feels like minutes. I especially like the conversations with Messrs Suppiah and Rothfelder, and have learnt things from listening to each episode.
