I understand you spend less time on the show but I miss the early days when we had real deep dive into the code. I don’t want to hear on UIKit CollectionViews… And you always focus too much on “indie” developers and never on Enterprise development which is quite different than n many ways. But I...Read full review »

Two friends talking knowledgeably about subjects that interest them and that they really get. I love the easy style of this podcast. And Gui, I finally bought AirBuddy and it runs brilliantly on my ancient mid 2012 15” Retina MacBook Pro (soon to be replaced with a 64GB 16” M1 Max, I hope).

I don’t know how these two seem to come across as both true experts in their field and just normal iOS developers at the same time, but it makes for a really good listen! Actual useful perspectives and tips from two of the best 👏

Really enjoy the podcast so much. Can’t wait for the episode to be released every week. It’s entertaining and educational at the same time. I learn a ton of things. Hopefully, one day I could master the art of spelunking too! 😅 If you are an iOS or Mac developer, I won’t say this is a...Read full review »

Stacktrace is a must listen for anyone who wants to keep up to date with what’s happening in the Apple world! And the more you listen, it won’t be iPhone rumors that excite you anymore, it’ll be the latest Swift feature John added to his static site generator or what new depths Rambo has traveled...Read full review »

Although I am still waiting for Black Friday to snag a MacBook Pro and start firing up Xcode for building a COVID app, the Stacktrace podcast combines the fun of regular Apple News and developer news into one episode. These two incredible iOS and macOS developers surely have creative potential to...Read full review »

The hosts are great, the content is useful, and since they’ve started the “deep in” series I’m learning new technical things in every episode! Please keep doing it!

The new format with the news segment and the deep dive content is much better than the previous podcast format. 👍

I’m not a developer or even enthusiastic about coding. That's said, I love the simplicity of the show; it is informative and clarifies many of my curiosity about coding, about where apple is going to, and when it may happen. I'm happy with the show! Keep doing this great job! Maybe a...Read full review »

My favorite podcast, the best of the best. The synergy between John and Rambo is so 🎯. I love the new technical deep dive section introduced recently and seems to uplift the quality even more. The hosts are great at what they do: in-depth knowledge, great speakers, fun, and relevant. Their experiences complement each other nicely. The quality of the podcast is top-tier. My only complaint is the podcast tends to wander and fill more time than necessary; I wish they would commit to a...Read full review »

This show is so good, love the deep dives on Apple topics ESPECIALLY the Apple Arcade stuff. Favorite section is of course, THE RAMBO REPORT!!!! I don’t know the inside jokes of developer land but still very entertaining. Also, like the bets when it comes to keynote time. Keep it up!

I listen to the podcasts in the car and enjoy both the Apple news coverages by John and Rambo, and their ‘indie’ stories and tips on working as an independent. A small request though for a bit more Swift and Xcode tips but otherwise my number one podcast to listen to. 👍🏼
