Dr. Ewen Cameron played a central role in unethical medical experiments, and development of psychological and medical torture techniques for the CIA. He conducted these experiments on his unknowing patients at Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal, Canada. These horrendous experiments caused a lifetime of trauma and suffering on his victims.
