In this final episode of series 1 Peter Mackie hosts a conversation with Toby Jeffries. If you have been in Steampunk recently you will have no doubt chatted with Toby about how your day is going or your favourite movie. Toby keeps us cheery and the conversation flowing even on the darkest of days and we think he embodies what is great about hospitality in general and coffee shops in particular. Cameron joins in too for a chat that encompasses random thoughts on temperature fluctuations at Steampunk, ideas for a new team uniform and what keeps the heart of hospitality beating.  This is one of my favourite episodes to date and is a great one for finishing off season 1 which was all about getting to know Team Steam.
