I have seen my current coworker post about this podcast and had to listen! I absolutely loved it, I am a paraprofessional right now and would of loved to hear a podcast like this to get inspired and positive insights. You guys pointed out so many great thoughts and discussions on what it should look like and be like for all adults present in this type of work place. My favorite that I never thought about but did unconsciously was understanding everyone's strengths and weaknesses.
