“Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for your recent nurse residency episode. From a generalized opinion, I absolutely love your entire podcast. I've been listening since mid way through my science pre-reqs, and am now one semester away from graduation/pinning wooooHooo. Your show is by far the best out, and I've tried dozens of podcasts, apps, sites and beyond. I'm terrible at leaving reviews in general, however, I had to leave one for your new residency addition to the show. I've searched so many resources to try and find a sensical, informational delivery of what a nurse residency program is and what benefits are encompassed within one- and it's been impossible. I've even attended a zoom event specifically for a local health network's residency program that was an information session, and I left still not fully grasping the idea. I NEEDED this episode, it answered every question and curiosity I had regarding them (and I'm sure many other students as well).
