I love this show, you all are great, I just have two things. One, the audio quality is so bad sometimes it’s hard to listen to in headphones while running. Two, sometimes when you ask questions of guests you don’t really leave them open-ended, you kind of direct their answers a certain way.

I like the topics. I think that the hosts could be more informed, keep the conversation going more. It would be helpful to ask better questions and not such obvious ones. Like if an injured runner is asked.. so you aren’t able to run. Less pauses and long so or hm comments

I love the content of the interviews, but in need of a lot of audio help! It seems like 3-4 times an episode one of the hosts mentions someone has fallen off the audio, someone is difficult to hear or there’s an echo.

Megan and Kelsey do a great job of finding inspiring, relatable people to talk to! I have found so much great advice through the honest, real, and positive conversations. Each conversation shares a message to take away and work on applying in my life. Thank you both for all you do!
