...um...smack...smack...um...FAIL
The hosts do not sound particularly knowledgable or interested in the discussed topic. Alison appears to tolerate her co-host, but it's clear they are not friends. These two are not a good pairing for what could/should be a good podcast. After I deliberately ignore the innumerable "Ums" I start hearing Robert's smacking sound and I lose track of what the podcast is about, then I realize I don't care anymore. After I finish writing this review I'm going to delete this podcast.Read full review »

This podcast is not quite up the the quality of the Stuff You Missed in History Class, or the Tech Stuff podcast. I liked the eclectic spirit of their early episodes, but after switching hosts (and some of the subject matter), this podcast comes off as lightly philosophical - not the kind of thing you'd expect from a research/sciences podcast. This is an otherwise good podcast ruined by bad choices.
