Very common denominator
I was so excited to find this pod cast. It had so much potential, and I downloaded some topics I thought I'd be interested in. I was very dissapointed. The women hosts on the show talk like the new late 20's early 30's hipster set that is kind of valley girl in sound, with inflections on the last word of every sentance. It is very annoying. They have very little knowledge on most topics, and the information they provide is at a 5th grade level, with very poor analysis. It may be good for people ages 4-6.Read full review »

I subscribed because the topics looked great but after my first podcast "How the crusades worked" I was completely disenchanted. The hosts were not only annoying to listen too (sounded like sorority girls) but they were blatantly reinterpreting history to conform to their own beliefs....Read full review »

I must say I enjoy the topics and the hosts. They are presented in the most delightliful way and have great insight. If you don't like history, you more than likely won't get the same kick I got out of it. But iether way, I think they should do one a week! Thanks you guys at HowStuffWorks!Read full review »
