This is Shelley Lingman. Mother of three and Australia's first female coach and selector for the Australian Women's Rugby Union team. Shelley started coaching up in far North Queensland to a newly formed Women's team. She instilled discipline and professionalism as a level of expectation to all of her players.  Her time as a coach evolved and Shelley became the first Woman in Australia to complete her Level 3 Coaching.  Hear Shelley's journey in Rugby Union, from coaching in small town Darwin, to excusing herself from the boardroom at the ARU in Sydney so she could breastfeed her baby.
