Tallisha Harden is a multi-International representative in Volleyball, Rugby Union and Rugby Sevens.  Learn about her life in lessons from growing up as a young kid in Woodridge, Brisbane to her dedication and drive to graduate from the University of Queensland as a speech pathologist. Tallisha shares her journey as an indigenous Australian woman in her community today. She gives personal perspectives on the importance of positive relationships, mental health and wellbeing and why genuine hard work has been the best advice she can pass on to our younger generations.
