Francine Pehi finished 3rd in her respective age category at the Reebok CrossFit Games in 2015. A selfless and loving mother to three children and two grandchildren, Fran shares the journey of her own upbringing from small town Tokoroa, NZ to her life in Australia and what it means to be a Mother and Grandmother. Through heartache and loss Fran gives insight and her own perspectives on how important whanau and understanding her cultural roots now is for her.
