From small town Wagga Wagga to professional Australian Rugby Sevens player and physiotherapist. Alicia Lucas OAM is one of our Gold medallist in the Inaugural Rugby Sevens Final from the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.  Alicia shares her valuable experience and perspectives on everything inside and out of loving Rugby Union. The importance of healthy relationships and learning how to effectively communicate. The shear dedication it took in learning how to play to her strengths and condition her body to contact after growing up in a world of Touch Football and, she touches on the highlight of her sporting career when her team won an Olympic Gold medal.
