More than wrestling.
I did wrestle for a season in high school, but I am far from a wrestler. As a musician, I'm kind of far from an athlete too. As a teacher however, I'm constantly using sports metaphors to convey concepts to my students. This is especially true when I'm trying to explain a life lesson. This podcast has a great way of breaking down topics, concepts, ideas, or lifestyles in a way that easily understood for athletes and even those of us in "civilian life". I have to admit, I do not usually listen to longer podcasts, but this kept my attention and I thought this was very inspiring, truthful and impactful. Needed that mindset reset.
