I love this podcast and have enjoyed listening to it while on my run. It makes the time fly by and gives me good ideas on where to run. After listening to Jerold’s talk about his heart surgery I’d love to hear other runner’s health interventions! Very inspirational!

I am an avid runner from Australia and listen to this podcast in my long runs. I loved Charlie Runner Beans describing the London running vibe and the best places to eat - made my mouth water whilst out running. You guys should interview a runner from Australia!!!! 😍👌

It was definitely great hearing Ryan’s story on his transition from being a competitive distance runner to a new life in the weight room, leaving the distance Runner bod in the past lol. I can definitely relate to that journey. Very insightful podcast
