“Very informative, I always wondered how a woman was capable of being so Vile and evil. I often had questions about what I went threw. After listening to some very knowledgeable people speak about narcs I began to understand why and how. Which gave me some peace. I went threw all stages that are described on here. Your great at being very clear and concise. Your voice is great as well. And thank you for the messages between you and your ex narc that you have let us listen to as examples very helpful. For all other victims if you read this. You will heal over time. No contact is the smartest way to go. Take time to heal and find yourself again. Continue to learn about Narcissism. It’s been three years for me no contact. Even tho I have children with with my ex narc. I just understood that NC was the best thing.
