The workouts of the week:
Any Distance Workout: 2km, 1600m, 1200m, 800m, 4x400m with 2min rest and 1min rest between 400m's. Start at HM pace and end at 3k pace in the 400m's.
Half Marathon Specific Workout: 4km/1km, 3km/1km, 2km/1km, 1km/1km with 1min rest between each rep and 3min between the sets. Each longer rep is at Half Marathon effort and the 1k's after it is "harder"
Marathon Specific Workout: 30km run including 3 x 5km (1km recovery). The 3 x 5km should be at Marathon effort and the 3rd km within the 5km should be "faster" - closer to Half Marathon effort.
