Another fantastic podcast from the people at Fretboard Journal. Jason is such a good interviewer. By keeping his involvement in the conversation to a minimum, he gives his guest ample room to talk about their passion. I came to the podcast to listen to the guest who do what is closest to my...Read full review »

As a long time listener to the Fretboard Journal Podcast, The Truth About Vintage Amps, and Luthier on Luthier, I wasn't sure what to think about yet another podcast from this team. I never should have questioned whether or not to start listening. Two episodes in, I am intrigued, thrilled,...Read full review »

I love all of the Fretboard Journal podcasts, but didn’t expect to like STF as much as I do. I especially enjoy the interesting directions the discussions take as Jason learns more about the topics.

I “know” Jason Verlinde from the Fretboard Journal and his other podcasts. His appreciation of “quality” and “craft” lead me to hope and believe that “Sweep The Floor” would be good. And it has exceeded my expectations! Diverse topics and people who “make stuff” all connected via Jason’s...Read full review »

When there’s an amazing story many would rely on the subject matter to drive the interview. Jason Verlinde’s well thought out and probing questions shifted the interview into high gear. Seldom is the connectivity between the inquirer and the responder so immediate and apparent. While it’s clear...Read full review »

Makers and builders hold a distinct fascination for many of us. Jason Verlinde's own curiosity, however, has fueled a vehicle for sharing among their reflections, stories, and problem-solving. As relaxed interviews, these conversations are sure to intrigue and teach.Read full review »

Another great podcast from the FBJ folks. Excellent first episode. I’ve long been fascinated by people who make things, so I’m looking forward to seeing where this podcast goes.

Anyone familiar with the Fretboard Journal knows Jason Verlinde and his family of podcasts. This is another great addition. First episode with Linda Manzer was a perfect introduction. I’ll listen to anything he puts his name on. Guaranteed to be great.
