I am still a maiden and birth became my OBSESSION after a potent medicine ceremony in which I was (suddenly and wholly unexpectedly) shown that I am meant to be a mother in this lifetime. Thus, my approach to learning about pregnancy and birth has always been from a spiritual standpoint. I LOVE how Maryn always places her experiences and those of the women she witnesses within the realm of the spiritual and within the realm of healing.
