5* narrator and stories
I really enjoy this work. It is often hard to find a narrator who tells stories you are interested in, in a manner that feels authentic, whereas in this show the narrator does a fantastic job with editorializing enough to bring you deeper into the story and not pull you out of it. The way he gathers and edits the stories to be true to their origins but highlight storylines in a modern light (and modern social sensibilities and social justice cues) makes them more memorable and I want to retell them (or share his episodes) to friends who are not even into myth and lore. The discussion before and after each story sets it in a place and time which helps me stitch the world where the tales were created together with history and related folklore. An absolute gem. Keep creating content and I will be here ready to consume it. Congratulations on such a beautiful piece.
