This is definitely the kind of podcast where you find yourself nodding along and relating to everything the host and guests are saying. I’m so excited and impatient to hear more from this season. The more we talk about shame the less it festers and controls us in private!

Loved Alya Mooro’s book The Greater Freedom & really enjoyed this first episode. Excited to hear more episodes. Related greatly to the discussion on how shame is a form of control and how someone else perceives you is THEIR problem, not your problem.
