A former affiliate of Harvard's Berkman Center for Internet & Society, Suri has held positions at D. E. Shaw & Company and the White House National Economic Council.  He has a bachelor's degree in government from Harvard College, a master of philosophy degree in international relations from Cambridge University, and a law degree from Harvard Law School. Suri has published in leading academic journals, edited volumes, and national media outlets, and he was a visiting fellow at the University of Pennsylvania and a Truman Security Fellow.
