“Hands down, my favorite podcast. Do yourself a favor, and take a listen! I work remotely because of struggles with severe anxiety and depression. While I love the opportunity to work from home in my PJs lol, it can get pretty lonely sometimes. I listen to a bunch of different podcasts to help pass the time, and keep my mind away from anxiety. Tami's podcast, however, I find to be the most effective. No matter what topic she's discussing or who she's interviewing, I find myself so deeply enthralled that I don't even have time for anxiety anymore lol. You're an absolute gem, Tami.
