“Hands down, my favorite podcast. Do yourself a favor, and take a listen!
I work remotely because of struggles with severe anxiety and depression. While I love the opportunity to work from home in my PJs lol, it can get pretty lonely sometimes. I listen to a bunch of different podcasts to help pass the time, and keep my mind away from anxiety. Tami's podcast, however, I find to be the most effective. No matter what topic she's discussing or who she's interviewing, I find myself so deeply enthralled that I don't even have time for anxiety anymore lol.
You're an absolute gem, Tami. I've never met you, yet I feel like I've known you forever. Thank you for opening up your beautiful mind and sharing your light with us all. You're changing so many lives. Keep up the stellar work!
