Ugh
Kept hearing the bumper for this on another podcast I listen to and gave this a shot, wish I hadn't. The story was poorly written, unbelievable an just inaccurate. Don't waste your time on this garbage.

I eagerly waited each week for a new episode. I so appreciate your stance on the issues facing Feral Audio. But I miss the show. I’ve listened since the beginning! Hoping something can be worked out.

Hey I got fairly hooked on this show - you guys take a holiday break? I hope you did not retire. All amazing improvisors, I have seen the live UCB show "This Show is Not Funny" which is the same peeps and I imagine the show and this podcast are siblings and they are both great.

Each new episode accompanies my commute to work and the expression of disapproval on my face must now be solidified as my natural emotion following listening to this podcast. It’s horrible and yet so engrossing. If you’ve ever been at a train station and caught yourself people watching. This is...Read full review »

I really like the show. I know it’s fake, but I like pretending it’s real, so when you have a conversation about a beyonce concert that absolutely didn’t happen in June 2017 it really kills the vibe! I was waiting for one of the characters to be like, ‘what do mean? Beyoncé’s like in labor right...Read full review »

At first I was bummed because I thought (because of the ads) that this podcast was going to be ACTUAL recordings. But then I was like duh, how could that happen. And so I started listening and was hooked! And today’s episode where they make the commercial like it’s another tapped recording was...Read full review »

Is there anything more fun or more creepy than listening in on someone else's conversations? I love the snapshots into people's lives but the entire concept of being listened in on is eerie. A great listen.

The women are super funny. The men are almost never funny.

Ever wished you could be a fly on the wall in someone else's life? Well, now you can be. Tapped brings you improvised private conversations made public. An eerie concept that you could be listened to at any time but an enjoyable one! Love, True Crime Story Time Podcast

It’s a good idea executed in a not so good way. It’s unbearable! The actors are trying so hard it hurts. Nice try, but it’s not workin. Get out of the pool before you drown. It’s time to move on down the road and learn from your mistakes. PS why do you lure people in with an advertisement saying...Read full review »

I like fictional podcasts, but many are ongoing stories or more in depth. These are nice short stories that are entertaining without you having to think too much. The stories are great fun, and I think the cast do a great job - the main 3 cast you become familiar with their voices, but they’ve...Read full review »

Really appreciate that they're willing to go entire scenes without obvious jokes. It makes the funny bits land that much harder when they do arrive. Probably the best acting I've heard in a podcast? There are seriously moving moments in these relatable situations. Quietly moving into my top 5.
Big Boys/Big Toys via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/27/17
Really unique concept with good voice actors. The show has gotten even better with the addition of known actors like Lauren Lapkus.
NorCalKills via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/26/17
It's a good listen although it can seem to drag on too long. Also the openings and closings are drastically louder than the dialogue where the people are whispering half the time. Otherwise the podcast is very interesting.

Audio drama at its best. Love what these guys are doing - and to the complainers? It's a podcast, skip the sketches you don't like - they will be few and far between.

The first episodes killed it! That guy who just picks a fight with everyone ruins it every time though.

This podcast has everything. It can be funny, poignant, sweet, sad. I love the idea of overhearing bits of life that seem so realistic. And the idea of it being the NSA is hilarious in a dark way. I love awkward humor and these performers excel at it.

I'm just going to give this 5 stars to make up for people who were dumb enough to think that they were about to listen actual wire tapped conversations. It was pretty clear that this is an improv podcast.

This is a tongue in cheek way of making fun of the government for listening in on potential threats to our country. The creators I'm sure thought that this was a "brilliant" concept. Instead it's just annoying. I unsubscribed after two episodes.

After the first episode, I was so so so excited to hear more of the calibre that the first offered. Unfortunately, I have felt that things have remained status quo if not gotten a little bit repetitive since then. I'll keep listening for now, but I've sort of got one foot out the door. Started out great. Now all the actors play the same type of character. The show is all people just bickering and arguing. Not entertaining last year first few episodes. Too bad. Had a lot of potential.

I wish there was a little more context of what they're trying to do with this podcast.. some of the conversations could be funny.. but I don't think they're trying to be funny. These improvisers can be funny in other mediums, but here there portray visceral conversations. It's very cathartic to...Read full review »

Some sketches are hilarious but some are very serious but not in a good way. Usually a man being aggressive with no humor throughout. The serious bits are enough to make me want to stop listening

Someone else said it was painfully contrived, that pretty much sums it up. I don't get how this us even a podcast.

The show is super fun. I am literally amazed that so many people were upset that the TAPPED conversations turned out to be fake. Its a comedy podcast! Cover up your laptop camera and phone mics, stop being foolish and enjoy.

These actors are not very funny. I guess I don't get this podcast... these are real convos that are reenacted?? The voices are over acted... I really just don't get it.

Pretty cool concept. Couple complaints though: If they're truely recorded conversations that really happened, it seems like somewhere they would need to put a disclaimer that the voices are actors and are re-enacting the situations. Also, the voices get too repetitive. I mentally build a...Read full review »

Great production quality but the skits are lacking sometimes - some are pretty unbelievable or otherwise dull. Seems to be improving over time and as easy listening, I would recommend. Have to admit I was a bit disappointed that it was improv instead of real taped conversations :(

Click bait has come to the podcast world.
Campire129 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 07/25/17
I went in knowing that this was scripted (or, at least planned, given that it's an improv thing, apparently), hoping for some kind of "twist" to what started off as ordinary conversations. Nope. One would think that improv actors (or writers) could make these conversations interesting, but I hear...Read full review »

Started off great but the same voices over and over is gradually irritating as there is no real range in acting. Great concept but poorly executed. I listened to them all before making this final review.

This is the first podcast I've ever unsubscribed from. The first episode is great, but it goes way downhill from there. It's about time the NSA finally reveals these dangers to society and releases this information to the public!
