“I’m so glad I found this podcast! I left the classroom in 2021 to become an Instructional Coach/Technology Specialist for my county. I knew the classroom was not the place for me, especially after Covid. This new position is a dream, but hearing teachers share stories of things they go through, lack of admin support, behaviors, etc., I’m reminded why I left in the first place. Although I have very little experience, I’m glad I can be someone teachers can talk to when they just want to vent/complain about our failing education system. I never had that while I was in the classroom. If I complained to admin/veteran teachers, it was usually the typical “It’s not so bad” - when they haven’t been in the classroom for 10+ years. Your podcast is just that discussion I needed - what’s failing the students, how you can help, and how you can get out, if you want. Love the discussions between both of you and your guests! Can’t wait to hear more!”

“Poor quality audio and laughing for every single little thing makes it hard to understand. Not to mention one of them was “sad” that they couldn’t go back to work knowing full well they were quitting. Even after they said she was going to stop “influencing” a month ago.”
