Meh, contestant self-promotion and kind of annoying.
First off - someone is stacking the deck as there were quite a few 5-star reviews before the first episode had even been released. The show has some interesting facts, but a large portion of the contestants were there to offer "facts" or stories that supported their specific cause or at worst served as a an advertisement for their product (the author promoting her book). And the "spin the wheel" final segment? I don't need people who know nothing about a random topic to attempt to tell me something I don't know about that topic. I am a long time supporter of Freakonomics, but this one isn't doing it for me.Read full review »

I subscribed with high expectations, but was very disappointed. Dubner is not a good ad rem presenter and the panel members were not really interesting or engaging. I'll give it one or two more shows with the hope that it was just a start-up glitch.Read full review »

TSIDK is a funny, interesting and thought provoking podcast/game show. I love listening to Dubner in Freakonomics radio and he doesn't disappoint with this game show. Such a great fun show and my girls love it too - interesting and I love the live audience component. I am a Freakanomics listener, was a QOD (come back to me) and just heard Steven on The James Altucher show. It would be fun to have one of the shows just be on a kid level Terri
