NEW DROP  with Jeremy Pyrzynski AKA Jeremy Dreads diving into more diverse facets of the industry. We dive heavy into topics of industry gatekeeping, race relations, the origin of the kitchen system aka the brigade system and just about everything else. We also get into how entering spaces with empathy and curiosity may seemingly be for the best, but exclusion and minimization happens in all spaces and to hear this from a white point of view was unique to say the least. This was too much fun and we thank Jeremy for sitting down with us and being apart of such an eye opening dialogue.
