Terroir??
As a fan of Irish Whiskey and a veteran of numerous distillery tours I find this podcast goes more in depth into whiskey production. Terroir, something I could never have imagined before, could be the start of the next whiskey rennisance. It’s nice to be able to follow from the beginning. Although Waterford has been distilling for several years without releasing any product until recently. Barry and Waterford, well done with putting this information out there for the consumer to digest and determine for ourselves if we believe in the concept of Terroir.
