As a fan of Irish Whiskey and a veteran of numerous distillery tours I find this podcast goes more in depth into whiskey production. I have started my whisky journey at Bruichladdich. That may have been a coincidence. I live in Lelystad in the Netherlands and I used to be on my knees on biodynamic farmland feeding weeds with my bare hands to let biologically grown carrots and unions grow and mature. I know that title seems to stand in opposition to the them of the 1st episode. The principle belief that less is more is true in the search for terroir, however, do not be afraid of a longer format. I could listen to hour long episodes of this easily. Peace and Slante
