I am freaking in love with this podcast! I constantly listen to psychiatry related podcasts, but I love this one the most! It’s educational but still casual and entertaining. I finished all of the episodes, and now I’m struggling to find a new podcast to keep me entertained.

Very informative, perfect for anyone who’s interested in learning more about fascinating topics include sleep, attachment styles, pelvic pain, psychosis, and so much more. It covers a lot of stuff that I’d had on my mind and helped me understand it better! Very thankful I found it.

As a pharmacist, this podcast is great both personally and professionally. The topics are unique to other podcasts out there, but extremely relatable for everyone. I learn and laugh each time and it has made my commute so much better!

Ali and Ana are a tremendous team whom I can only assume are leaders in their respective fields. Unlike many medical podcasts that are purely academic, instructional, and “white coat”, this podcast is light, informal, candid, and colloquial. As a pharmacist, my involvement in psychiatric or...Read full review »

Ana and Ali, two obviously brilliant physicians, create a warm and welcoming environment to learn about issues that you might personally be experiencing or witness in friends and loved ones. Their willingness to share their own stories helps make this truly honest and nonjudgmental. As a dentist,...Read full review »

As a medical student, I love a podcast where I can learn enough to feel like I’m not wasting time, but be entertained enough to feel like I’m not studying. Ali and Ana do an awesome job demystifying psychosis in their first episode and I can’t wait to continue listening and learning!

This is exactly the type of conversations I wish people would have in front of me so I can be a fly on the wall. I’m soaking up all the medical tidbits and personal anecdotes. Can not wait for more episodes!

Super easy to listen to, informative & fun. Not your typically stuffy medical podcast. You learn with out feeling like you are! Looking forward to future episodes!

What I really admire about Ali and Ana is that, even though both are clearly brilliant doctors, they keep it real!! They explain things that make it easy and fun for non-medical people to understand, too. They both have their own unique personalities, and I had fun getting to know their stories...Read full review »

Frequently, physicians are portrayed as perfect people that are not relatable and held to a different standard than others. This podcast isn’t academic, even though it comes from 2 very highly educated women; it is grounded, funny, relatable, and personal. They tell engaging, real-life stories...Read full review »
