The post modern woman
As a listener to YMH and a huge fan of comedians Christina Pazitsky and Tom Segura, I was more than happy to indulge in Christina's solo podcast. In a world of "selfies", sports illustrated, and over indulgence in celebrity culture, christina is a breath of fresh air. She is intelligent, loving, hilarious, and beautiful. This is reinforced in the first episode of "that's deep bro"; her and jenny pentland talk about happiness, forgiveness and being in the moment. It is so refreshing to hear two successful women talk about their struggles and how they pulled themselves out and learned to be forgiving. In addition, I loved hearing two women speak to each other in a way that is without judgement, competition, or passive aggression. I truly feel that christina is a sign of our rejection of the need to take a good "selfie" and instead a yearning to connect to one another on a much deeper level.Read full review »
