Who always interrupts people??? Maybe cut him out of the group so the flow is better? He needs to learn to listen to his podmates his interrupting comments aren’t even that interesting.

Thoroughly enjoyable podcast from guys who are true insiders but who are still fully relatable to the average movie fan. I’ve expanded my own movie watch list (those I’ve watched or those I’ve planned to watch) listening to their commentaries. It’s also great to hear from guys who are not just...Read full review »

As someone who is both vaccinated and not a redneck, I find Robert A Altman’s perpetual arrogant approach to politics and anyone he disagrees with to be at best….disappointing. I have mad love for Free Enterprise, and I enjoy Inglorious Treksperts. Like with Treksperts though, Mark can’t help...Read full review »

Re Death of Movies ep, had to comment. The Superman the Movie experience? That’s MY memory :) Best part? The recent anniversary one day release. Relived the experience. This time with tissues in hand. I like pink very much, 4:30 Movie!

I have been a fan of all these people for years. Mark Altman’s slayers and vampires is marvelous. I am a Star Wars clone wars and rebels fan. Well done and great cover art.

I hate this podcast. Why? Because every week the hosts introduce me to or remind me of great films that I haven't watched and my Must See Movie List continues to grow and grow! I love the expertise, insider knowledge, and the love the hosts have for the movies they discuss.Read full review »

Listening to the 4:30 Movie is like listening to your movie friends having the best of in-depth discussions. I bow at the altar of these guys’ knowledge. Love it!

Excellent podcast chat from a rag tag bunch of irregulars who love movies. Awesome format offers listeners essential viewing tips. My one quibble is the mention of Streets of Fire as worth revisiting. It is not. One song does not a movie make. It goes nowhere fast. :)

I didn’t grow up with the 4:30 Movie that’s the namesake of this entertaining podcast, but after burning through all of the episodes produced so far, I’ve started to wish I had. A week of movies programmed around a specific theme, week in and week out, would have made for a great film education...Read full review »

I stopped attending Comic-Con when the price hit $100 for a four day pass. It was no longer worth the hassle and aggravation. Before that, I never missed the chance to hear Mark Altman, Daren Dochterman and friends geek out over our favorite movie and TV franchises at a Comic-Con panel. How...Read full review »

Having been a fan of Mark A. Altman’s writing for years (his 50-Years books with Ed Gross are the best making-of books on Star Trek ever made) I am over the moon to hear his takes and thoughts on geekdom on a regular basis. Could be my own tastes, but I’m always more interested in hearing...Read full review »
