“I was on the road to becoming a psychologist for abnormal psychology(for criminals) until during a college class, social anxiety hit me at its worst and I have not been able to overcome it since I was 19 years old. I love relearning what I know with even more added knowledge to it! You are great with making it easy to understand! Currently disabled for agoraphobia, social anxiety, panic attacks and borderline personality. Started before 3rd grade but was diagnosed as “separation anxiety” and on my school transcript. At 21 I had to go on disability and was so bad, I was approved quickly. I keep working on myself daily and these podcast help understand some things more. Thank you for each episode you have made and continue to make!”
